The Trust shall in respect of any non-performing asset transferred by a bank under section 3 of this Act cause to be paid to the bank for the transferred asset from the Fund established under section 6 of this Act such sum as may be determined by the Trust-

(a) at such rate;

(b) in such form; and

(c) subject to such other terms and conditions as the Trust may determine.
