A Regional Committee shall assist the Board in carrying out the functions of the Board and shall, subject to the directions of the Board,

(a) be responsible for the implementation of the policies of the Agency in the region;

(b) oversee the activities of the Agency in the region; and

  (c) advise the Board on plans for development and sustenance of youth employment in the region.
