(1) A person authorized in writing by a District Assembly may enter onto any land, building or premises, within the area of authority of the District Assembly to carry out an inspection, inquiry or the execution of works under any by-law made by the District Assembly.

(2) A person authorized by a District Assembly to exercise a power of entry, shall not enter a place known as a sacred grove within the area of authority of the District Assembly.
