(1) The Executive Director may use information contained in a declaration of property and income for the implementation of the provisions of this Act, including the application for confiscation and pecuniary penalty orders and for any other lawful purpose.

(2) The Court shall take into account information contained in a declaration of property and income of the convicted person when making a confiscation or pecuniary order.
