(1) Any natural gas produced in association with crude oil may be used in petroleum activities as agreed between a contractor and the Corporation, in consultation with the Commission and in accordance with applicable enactments, good petroleum industry practice and approved production plans.

(2) This section applies to the Corporation where it undertakes petroleum activities under section 11(1).
