Subject to this Act, a transaction between a contractor or sub-contractor and an affiliate in relation to petroleum activities to be carried out under this Act shall be on the basis of prevailing international competitive prices and other terms and conditions that would be fair and reasonable if the transaction had taken place between the contractor or sub-contractor and a non—affiliate.
