(1) The Bank shall, within six months after the expiration of each financial year, submit to the Minister an annual report on the administration of this Act.

(2) The annual report shall include

(a) a record of violations and remedial actions taken,

(b) volumes of different types of credit products, and

           (c) proposals for ongoing improvement for the effective administration of this Act.
