(1) A person to whom this Part applies shall notify the Commission in the prescribed form of die particulars that are prescribed including the place at which that person will keep die register.

(2) The notice shall be given

(a) in the case of a person who is required by this Act to hold a licence, as part of the application for the licence; or

(b) in the case of any other person, if the person becomes a person to whom this Part applies, within fourteen days after becoming such a person.

(3) The notice shall be given despite the fact that he person has ceased to be a person to whom this Part applies before he expiration of the period referred to in subsection (2).

(4) Where a person ceases to be a person to whom his Part applies hat person shall, within fourteen days after ceasing to be such a person, give notice of the fact to the Commission.

(5) A person who fails or neglects to give notice as required by this section is liable to pay to the Commission an administrative penalty of one hundred penalty units.
