There shall be established by the Commission the following as Units of the

Commission which shall constitute a part of the secretariat of the Director:

(a) Planning and Evaluation Unit;

(b) Legal Unit;

(c) internal Audit Unit;

(d) Information Management Unit; and

(e) such other units as the Commission may determine
