(1) A person other than the National Lottery Authority shall not import a gambling machine into the country without the prior written consent of the Board.

(2) An application for consent shall be made in the form contained in the First Schedule and shall be accompanied by a fee of ¢500,000 or a higher fee determined by the Board with the approval of the Minister.

(3) The consent shall be in addition to the requirements of any other law relating to importation.
