(1) A license granted under section 43 is valid for twelve months from the date of issue and may be renewed on payment of an annual fee of ¢3 million or a fee determined by the Board with the prior approval of the Minister.

(2) On the expiry of a license granted under section 43, the licensee shall within seven days surrender the license to the Board.
