(1) A gambling machine which is seized under sections 51 And 52 shall be kept in the custody of the police until the Board otherwise directs.

(2) A gambling machine which is forfeited under this Act may be seized by an inspector of a police officer at any time and at any place and shall be delivered immediately to the Commission.

(3) A gambling machine which is forfeited under the Act shall be disposed of in a manner that the Board directs.
