(1) The Bank shall submit a report to Parliament once every six months including

(a) a report on the conduct of activities in the exercise of the mandate of the Bank under section 4; and

(b) a report on any other relevant function being exercised by the Bank under various enactments. [Inserted by Bank of Ghana (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 918) s.22]

(2) The Bank shall submit the report

(a) in respect of the first six months of the year, by the end of July; and

(b) In respect of the remaining six months of the year, by the end of February of the ensuing year. [Inserted by Bank of Ghana (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 918) s.22]
