A person who fails to comply with any obligation to publish information provided for in this Act or causes another person to fail to comply with information, or in any manner hinders or causes another person to hinder the compliance with the obligations, commits an offence and is liable on Summary conviction to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty penalty units.
