PDFA person commits an offence where that person drives a motor vehicle in respect of which the Licensing Authority has refused to grant a licence or has revoked the licence and the person is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding 250 penalty units or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
