The Minister, may in consultation with the Food and Drugs Authority by legislative instrument, make Regulations to provide for

(a) the text and form in which information required on the packet of a tobacco product may be given;

(b) the manner or method to determine the quantities of hazardous constituents in tobacco products;

(c) the returns, reports and other information to be submitted to the Food and Drugs Authority by manufacturers and importers of tobacco products;

(d) the registration of tobacco products;

(e) the registration and licensing of participants in tobacco and tobacco-related trade;

(f) to make further provisions in respect of the Third Schedule;

(g) the imposition of spot fines;

(h) amending the Schedule to this Part; and

(i) any other matter required to be prescribed or necessary for the effective implementation of the objects of this Part.
