(1) The Authority' shall in collaboration with the relevant agencies ensure that healthcare providers operating under the Scheme implement policies that guarantee quality healthcare to members of the Scheme and carry out clinical audits.

(2) The policies shall include granting credentials, undertaking service utilization reviews and technology assessments.
