(1) Where in the opinion of the Board an annual report furnished by a scheme to the Authority is incorrect or is not prepared as prescribed, the Board may, by notice in writing call on the scheme to amend the report or to furnish a correct report.

(2) Where the scheme fails to comply with a notice referred to in subsection (1) to the satisfaction of the Board, the Board may itself either amend the report or give the scheme particulars of the amendment or it may reject the report.

(3) A report amended by a scheme or the Board under this section shall be treated as if it had been originally submitted in its amended form.

(4) Wl1erethe scheme is dissatisfied with the amendment by the Board, the scheme may appeal to the Minister.

(5) The appeal shall be Judged with the Minister within thirty days after receipt by the scheme of the amended report.
