A person who for the purpose of an examination conducted by or on behalf of the Council

(a) makes a false representation to be some other person or knowingly allows false representation, or

(b) falsely uses a certificate, testimonial, signature, photograph or a document of some other person to represent another person,

commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of not less than fifty penalty units and not more than one hundred penalty units or to imprisonment for a term of not less than three month and not more than one year or to both and shall in addition to this penalty, be prohibited from taking an examination conducted by or on behalf of the Council for a period of three years.
