(1) A Deputy Chief Executive Officer appointed under section 13 is responsible for

(a) Finance and Administration; or

(b) Programmes and Operations;

(2) Despite subsection (1), the Chief Executive Officer may assign to a Deputy Chief Executive Officer any other functions as the Chief Exective Officer may consider necessary for the effective performance of the functions of the Authority.
