For purposes of  regulations 145 to 154

(a) "application" means an application made under Section 118 of the  Act to the Authority for its consent to the voluntary winding up of an  employer sponsored scheme; and

(b) "Scheme assets" includes the funds of each constituent fund of the registered scheme concerned.
