(1) The Chief Executive Officer of the Centre shall receive suspicious or unusual transaction reports.
(2) The Centre may receive a suspicious or an unusual transaction report
(a) verbally,
(b) in written form,
(c) by telephone,
(d) by electronic mail, or
(e) by other means of communication.
