Where the Minister approves the assignment of an interest under a petroleum agreement or the transfer of shares in an incorporated company, the contractor concerned shall

(a) register the assignment of the interest or the transfer of the shares; and

(b) Pay in respect of the registration, the fee specified in Part 2 of the Third Schedule.
