(1) The Minister may call for any information that is required for the proper discharge of the Minister’s responsibilities from a department and the information shall be promptly and correctly given.

(2) A person who fails under sub-regulation (1) to provide information, or submits information which that person knows to be misleading or incorrect, is in breach of discipline as defined in regulation 8(1).
