Where the grant of any water right is to a statutory corporation or any other public body whose use of the water right ensures to the benefit of the public, the provisions of the Lands (Statutory Wayleaves) Act, 1963 (Act 186) shall apply for the creation of any right of way or other similar right for the purpose of enabling the works related to the water rights to be implemented.
