(1) Moneys from the Fund shall be applied to achieve the object of the Fund as stated in section 2.

(2) A person is eligible to apply for funding from the Fund if that person is

 (a) a citizen of Ghana; and

 (b) a resident of a Zongo community; or

 (c)  a registered institution that 

 (i)  is within a Zongo community; or

                      (ii)  works on Zongo community matters.
