A person who without lawful justification or excuse

(a) knowingly makes a false statement to, or deliberately misleads or attempts to mislead the Fund or an employee or authorized agent of the Fund;

(b) induces or attempts to induce by any means a member of the Board or Committee of the Board, an employee or authorized agent of the Fund; or

(c) discloses confidential information obtained by or submitted to the Fund in the course of the performance of its functions, commits an offence and its liable on summary conviction to a fine of not less than five hundred penalty units and not more than one thousand penalty units or to a term of imprisonment of not less than two years and not more than four years or to both.
