(1) An authorized officer of a District Planning Authority may enter land or a building in a district to carry out an inspection, survey, study, examination or investigation for a District Planning Authority.

(2) The authorized officer of the District Planning Authority shall give reasonable notice to the owner or occupier of the land or building before exercising a power of entry.
