A person who

(a) refuses an authorized officer access to premises or refuses to submit to a search,

(b) assaults, obstructs, hinders or delays an authorized officer in the performance of the function under this Act,

(c) fails to comply with a lawful demand of an authorized officer in the performance of functions under this Act,

(d) fails to produce property declared to be seized under this Act,

(e) conceals or attempts to conceal property liable to seizure under this Act or

(f) Furnished information to an authorized officer which the person knows to be false Commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of not less than five hundred penalty units or to a term of imprisonment of not more than three years or to both.
