(1) Where the Board grants a licence to an applicant to transport renewable energy products, the licensee shall

(a) transport bio-fuel products, or wood-fuel, and

(b) use a registered vehicle to transport the bio-fuel product or wood-fuel product in accordance with the directives of the Commission.

(2) For the purpose of this section, ‘a registered vehicle’ is a vehicle that has been registered with the Commission to transport bio-fuel and wood fuel products.
