(1) A person who harbours or conceals a person knowing or having reason to believe that the person

(a) has committed, is planning or likely to commit a terrorist act, or

(b) is a member of a terrorist group commits an offence and is liable on conviction on indictment to a term of imprisonment of not less than seven years and not more than twenty-five years.

(2) A person who prevents, hinders or interferes with the apprehension of a person knowing or having reason to believe that the person

(a) has committed, is planning or likely to commit a terrorist act, or

(b) is a member of a terrorist group commits an offence and is liable on conviction on indictment to a term of imprisonment of not less than seven years and not more than twenty-five years.
