A lender in whose favour a charge is created may

(a) appoint a receiver or manager, or

(b) apply to court for the appointment of a receiver or manager to

(i) take possession of and protect the property,

(ii) receive the rents and profits and discharge the outgoings of the property, or

                     (iii) realize the security on behalf of the lender.
