A person who uses an electronic medium or any electronic agent whether in part or in whole is deemed to have caused an event negligently if without intending to cause the event, the person causes it by voluntary action from the use or intervention of an electronic medium or agent without the skill and care as are reasonably necessary under the circumstances.
