(1) There is established by this Act a National Folklore Board referred to in this Act as "the Board".

(2) The Board shall consist of

(a) a chairperson,

(b) the Copyright Administrator,

(c) a person nominated by the National Commission on Culture; and

(d) six other persons who shall be appointed by the President in consultation with the Council of State.
