(1) A person appointed by the Government as a director of a public corporation who fails to report on the operations of that public corporation to the Minister as required under section 80 shall be removed from office.

(2) The procedure for the removal of a director in the Civil Service, as set out in the Civil Service Act, 1993 (P.N.D.CL. 327), applies to the removal of a director of a public corporation under subsection (1).
