The Bank shall hold all foreign exchange of Ghana and submit a report to Parliament on all foreign exchange receipts and payments or transfers of the Bank in and outside Ghana once every six months. [Substituted by Bank of Ghana (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 918) s.21]
