Neither the Commission nor a Board member, employee or agent of the Commission is liable for anything done or omitted to be done in the discharge or purported discharge of a duty, the exercise of a power or the performance of a function under this Act or any other enactment that assigns function to the Commission unless it is shown that the act or commission was bad faith.
