(1) The provisions relating to the conduct and regulation of the business and affairs of the Board are set out in the First Schedule

(2) Except as provided in the First Schedule, d1e Board shall regulate its own procedure and the procedure of any of its committees.

(3) The Authority shall pay to members of the Board allowances approved by the Minister in consultation with the minister responsible for Finance.
