(1) Where the ownership of a gambling machine is uncertain, unknown or cannot be determined, the Board may order an inspector or police officer to seize the machine.

(2) A seized gambling machine shall be forfeited to the State, unless within thirty days of the seizure it is claimed by a person who establishes to the satisfaction of the Board that the person is the owner of the machine.
