Where a Judicial Committee makes an order for the delivery of stool property, a person who fails to comply with that order commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of not more than two hundred and fifty penalty units or to a term of imprisonment of not more than twelve months or to both and also to a further fine of not more than ten penalty writs for each day on which the offence continues.
