(1) The Committee consists of the following members:

(a) the Deputy Minister who is the chairman;

(b) the Director of Immigration or his representative not below the position of a Deputy Director; and

(c) a representative of the;

(i) Ministry of the Interior;

(ii) Ministry of Employment and Social Welfare;

(iii) Ministry of Trade and Industry;

(iv) Registrar-General's Department;

(v) Ghana Investments Promotion Centre;

(vi) Bank of Ghana;

(vii) Statistical Service; and

(viii) Ghana Employers Association.

(2) The representative of the Ministry of the Interior is the secretary to the Committee.
