(1) A person who obstructs an inspector in the performance of a function under this Act commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of not more than one hundred and fifty penalty units or to a term of imprisonment of not more than twelve months or to both.

(2) A person who is in charge of a tourism enterprise for the time being and who

(a)   wilfully delays an inspector in the performance of the inspector’s functions,

(b)   fails to produce any register, licence or document which the person is required to produce under this Act, or

(c) withholds any information concerning the enterprise, is considered to have obstructed an inspector in the performance of the inspector’s functions under this Act.
