A person who-

(a) in contravention of any provision of this Act carries or attempts to carry anything into or out of a free zone; or

(b) conceals anything with intent to illegally carry it into or out of a free zone, commits an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment of not less than three months or more than five years.
