Section 20 - Death of a holder of a certificate of registration

Where a holder of a certificate of registration dies, the Commissioner-General may, subject to section 19, transfer the certificate of registration to

(a) the personal representative of the holder of the certificate  of registration;

(b) the person beneficially entitled to the business;

(c) the Administrator-General or Public Trustee; or

(d) the appointee  of the Administrator-General or Public Trustee.
