(1) The Centre shall have a governing Board composed of

(a) a chairperson who is a lawyer of not less than twelve years standing;

(b) one member of each of the following, nominated by the respective body,

(i) Ghana Chamber of Commerce;

(ii) the Ghana Bar Association;

(iii) the Ghana Institute of Surveyors;

(iv) the Judiciary;

(v) Institute of Chartered Accountants; and

(vi) a woman nominated by the President;

(c) one representative of organized labour;

(d) one representative from industry; and

(e) the Executive Secretary of the Centre.

(2) The chairperson and members of the Board shall be appointed by the President in accordance with article 70 of the Constitution.

(3) The Board shall perform the functions of the Centre.
