(1) The Bank of Ghana shall, for the purposes of supervision, require a bank to submit to it any information or data relating to the assets, liabilities, income, expenditure of that bank, or any of that bank's affairs, in the prescribed form, at an interval and within the times that the Bank of Ghana may stipulate and that bank shall comply with the requirement.

(2) The Bank of Ghana may impose fines not exceeding 500 penalty units on a bank for,

(a) non submission,

(b) incomplete submission,

(c) delayed submission, or

(d) inaccurate submission, of the required information, data, statements or returns.
