(1) The Investment Advisory Committee shall submit quarterly information reports and analysis on the performance and actives of the Ghana Stabilisation Fund and the Ghana Heritage Fund to the Minister not later than thirty working days after the receipt of quarterly reports from the Bank of Ghana in accordance with the reporting requirements of the Bank of Ghana.

(2) The Investment Advisory Committee is responsible for reporting to the minister on the performance and activities of the Stabilisation Fund and the Ghana heritage Fund for the purpose of reporting in the annual budget and financial statements.
