(1) A financial holding company shall display at the head office of that financial holding company a copy of the certificate of registration issued to that company for the information of the public.

(2)  A financial holding company which fails to comply with subsection (1) is liable to pay to the Bank of Ghana an administrative penalty of not more than one thousand penalty units.
