The limit on a financial exposure to a related party and the related interest of that party under section 67 shall be applied on a consolidated basis to

(a) A bank or specilised deposit-taking institution and a subsidiary of that bank or specialised deposit-taking institution; and

(b) a financial holding company and a subsidiary of that financial holding company.
