The Board shall take reasonable measures in co-operation with the Minister responsible for Health, and with the relevant District Assemblies, to safeguard the health and safety of its employees and persons engaged on the construction of works referred to in section 11, their families and dependents, the inhabitants of Bui township and its environs.
